We could keep the usual celebrations, its habitual name and the familiar gift giving, if necessary. But it remains a pagan celebration related rather to Mother Zsion and Mother Earth than to Cesar Christ or Queen Israel.
This would be much better, than keeping the linked lie or denying the whole celebration and paganism.
Celebrating astronomical events must not necessarily be against our Lord Jehovah.
In deed weekdays like Friday, Sabbath and Sunday can be seen as astronomical events too.
